I’m Tara Redmond, the Service Manger here at Cranbourne Central Early Learning Centre. I have a degree in early childhood education and 15 years’ experience both in Australia and the UK. I love living locally and being part of the community and feel very strongly that young children should have a high quality early childhood experience.
Joining Cranbourne Central Early Learning centre was a wonderful opportunity for me to create something amazing for families and to join a company that shared my values.
Foundation Early Learning is dedicated to giving children the best child care and early learning experience and to providing a solid platform for their lifelong learning. I really admire their high quality educational programs and can’t wait to deliver them for your children’s benefit.
I am particularly passionate about children learning through self-discovery and think that one of the best ways for them to learn is by being in nature. That’s why I love our well thought-out indoor-outdoor play areas so much.
I am proud of the wonderful child care centre at Cranbourne Central and really looking forward to welcoming you and your family.

I believe all children deserve to have a safe educational environment in which grow and learn. I also believe a child’s education is the most valuable thing in the world. Knowledge is power and I recognise that the earlier it begins, the better for the child.
I enjoy working with children as I have two of my own. I like being able to see them develop new skills every day and being a part of helping them to achieve those skills.
